When We Can’t Sleep is a 3D platformer game that takes players on a journey through the minds of insomniacs, where emotions and thoughts are amplified. Players control the Dream Spirit, navigating through dreamlike worlds to collect lost Sleepy Moons and help insomniacs find peace.

The game offers a fun, lighthearted take on insomnia, with platforming challenges, exploration, and emotional puzzles. As players encounter both the Real-world and Conscious Forms of insomniacs, they must face unique obstacles tied to the insomniacs' emotions, all while experiencing a relaxed approach to the often-frustrating condition of sleeplessness.
